Friends of the Bingham and District Audio Magazine

The “Friends of Bingham & District Audio Magazine” was set up in 2015 in response to the Trustees of the Audio Magazine who needed reassurance that a regular income was coming into the charity to cover the costs of producing the magazine.

A group of willing volunteers, including Trustees of the charity, formed a group whose sole purpose is to raise funds to cover the overheads of the charity.

The Friends hold several events throughout the year, ranging from large scale concerts to small scale coffee and book mornings.

In order to meet the overheads of the charity which are £3,000 per year, we also receive long term financial support from people who may not be able to be actively involved, but would nevertheless like to offer support by annually making a donation by standing order. This can be as small as £15 per year or any larger amounts as one off payments. Where appropriate all donations can be Gift Aided which brings in an additional small amount per year.

The charity has many supporters in this district, who like the Rotary Clubs, regularly hold events in aid of BADAM, for which we are extremely grateful.
